Resident Assistants (RAs)
RAs are undergraduate students who live in each residential area on campus with the purpose of building and maintaining community for their residents. They connect residents with resources on campus, maintain community standards through the enforcement of college policy, provide social and educational programming, report maintenance issues, and mediate interpersonal conflict.
Residence Hall Coordinators (RHCs)
RHCs are upper level students who manage the day-to-day operations of each residential area. RHCs supervise the RA staff, oversee the programming and maintenance in their area, and advocate for the needs of their residential area. RHCs are a great resource to all residents on campus!
