In addition to student aid programs available through the College, TFMS offers the following positions to assist students financially during their undergraduate careers:
Shop Assistants
- Work under the technical director (in the scene shop) and/or the resident designer (in the costume shop)
- Responsibilities and working hours to be specified and arranged by the student’s supervisor
- Hired students should have knowledge of the proper use of machinery, tools, and other equipment in the scene or costume shops, although on-site training will be available for those without it
- For costume shop assistant positions, students should contact the resident designer; for scene shop assistant positions, students should contact the technical director
Box Office Managers
- There are two box office manager positions, one of which also assumes the responsibilities of house manager
- Must be available during specified times to manage the office and to take phone calls and ticket reservations
- Responsible for handling proceeds from all performances of each main stage production and for keeping legible records of transactions

Work-Study Assistants
- Selected by the resident designer and technical director
- Students interested in work-study positions in TFMS will assist the resident designer and technical director in the costume and scene shops, respectively
- Students interested in applying for work-study assistant positions should contact the resident designer or technical director
