Intellectual Property Policy
- Review the policies governing intellectual property rights and responsibilities within the St. Mary's College of Maryland community.
- The integrity of research at SMCM is of high importance. The research misconduct policy addresses both what constitutes research conduct and how allegations of misconduct will be investigated.
- The SMCM Financial Conflict of Interest Policy is designed to identify, manage, and mitigate any financial conflicts of interest among faculty, staff, and administration to ensure integrity and transparency in all institutional activities and decisions.
Proposal Approval Form (PAF)
- Initiate the proposal review and approval process with this essential document for all research proposals.
- Pledge to maintain the utmost level of integrity and ethical behavior in all research endeavors.
