As the CEO of Culture ONE World, Carlos Alcázar leads a high-performing team to create award-winning national marketing and advertising campaigns. He works with corporate brands, federal government agencies, and non-profits to create communications campaigns that generate positive behavior change, engagement, and action in underserved communities. He has worked across industries for clients including Amtrak, BioLife, Capital One, CAQ, Federal Reserve, CDC Foundation, National Kidney Foundation, NBA, Facebook, and all major federal government agencies, including leading the campaign for the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2020 Census to engage hard-to-reach audiences. Carlos has successfully guided communications and media companies to grow through corporate strategy, global expansion, and business development at companies like Pearson plc and Viacom.
His Board and advisory commitments include serving as a Trustee of Maryland’s public honors college, St. Mary’s College of Maryland, chairman of the congressionally chartered National Environmental Education Foundation, and the US Vote Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego, and completed executive education programs on Corporate Governance from Harvard Business School.
