Italian pianists Marco Schiavo and Sergio Marchegiani, who regularly perform in concert halls around the world, will join the St. Mary’s College of Maryland Orchestra at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, in Auerbach Auditorium at St. Mary’s Hall. They will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto for Two Pianos along with works by Strauss, Carmen, and Rossini, led by music director Jeffrey Silberschlag.
St. Mary's College of Maryland, designated the Maryland state honors college in 1992, is ranked one of the best public liberal arts schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. More than 2,000 students attend the college, nestled on the St. Mary's River in Southern Maryland.
