Bio: Katharina von Kellenbach is internationally known for her scholarship on the moral predicament of perpetrators of the Nazi Holocaust. Her forthcoming book "The Mark of Cain: Guilt and Denial in the Lives of Nazi Perpetrators (Oxford University Press, 20131) examines the theological, ethical and personal implications of committing mass violence. She is a leader in Jewish-Christian dialogue and combines historical research, an interreligious expertise, and biblical studies to explore issues that are ethically and politically sensitive.
