As we continue to incorporate the new National Public Honors College branding throughout the campus there are a couple of things you can do to help. The new brand style guide includes email signature guidelines. Follow the below steps to update your email signature.

1. Download the Email Signature Graphic below.
2. In your email, click on the gear symbol in upper right-hand corner and click on settings.
3. Scroll down to your email signature. Delete any images and use the image icon to insert a graphic. In the dialog box that opens, upload the downloaded email graphic and it will insert in your email.
4. Using the following guidelines update the rest of your email signature per brand guidelines, leaving the logo at the bottom of the signature
5. Save changes at the end of the page.

New fonts have been added to St. Mary’s College’s collection – Montserrat and Roboto. To have these fonts added to your computer, contact the Institutional Technology department and submit a ticket.
