REU: NSF Research Experiences for Undergraduates
REU provides the opportunity for undergraduate students to participate in active research in the sciences and social sciences. The REU website allows students to search for individual sites by area and location.
The chosen Summer fellows will have a paid research assistantships in a Federal statistical agency in the Washington, DC area. Fellows are provided with housing and participate in weekly seminars in which they learn about surveys, statistics, graduate studies, and how government agencies work.
